For the next 24 hours, the Meteorological Center has forecast a southwest monsoon covering the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, and a low pressure area covering the upper parts of Vietnam.
This characteristic causes frequent thunderstorms in Thailand. Heavy rain is falling at some places in upper North East.
