This year National Children's Day falls on January 13, 2024, where BTS and MRT, including BMTA, have given the gift of Children's Day to everyone. Following are the details and conditions by providing the service free of charge.

• Children under 14 can ride BTS for free.
  

Children travel free and seamless in 3 provinces on the BTS, BRT and Gold Line, free at every station (BRT travels free, no need to contact to get a card).

Conditions: For children not exceeding 140 cm or above 14 years of age, present yourself at the ticket office to claim a free ticket. And board and alight at the same station
1 child per 1 card. Parents pay regular fee on January 13, 2024 from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Also, BTS has recommended places for kids to visit on Children's Day. Starting from the BTS Skytrain line, Pororo Aqua Park Bangkok is a huge sky water park on the 6th floor of a department store. The central park is decorated with the cartoon theme of “Pororo, the Penguin and the Polar Gang”. There are 9 pools and 4 types of slides inside, which guarantee world-class safety. You can get off at Udomsuk BTS station (E12), take exit 1 or 3 and take the shuttle bus to Central Bangna Shopping Centre.

Or try learning Science Center for Education, Planetarium, Science and Technology Learning Center in the form of Educational Museum. A planetarium dome is on display inside the building.
