• To register for free electricity rights from 15 March 2023 onwards, you must be an electricity user under the following conditions.
  • Households that do not use more than 50 units of electricity per month for 3 consecutive months will have the right to receive free electricity according to current procedures.
  • Households that use more than 50 units of electricity per month but not more than 315 baht will receive an electricity bill subsidy in the amount not exceeding 315 baht per household per month.

• Electricity consumers in other governorates register with the Governorate Electricity Authority

Discount on water bills of 100 baht per household per month.

• Sign up for free tap water rights from 15 March 2023 onwards and must be a tap water user under the following conditions.
  • If tap water use exceeds 100 baht but does not exceed 315 baht, you will receive a subsidy of 100 baht, with the excess paid by yourself.
  • If water usage exceeds 315 baht, the government welfare card holder must pay the entire water bill themselves.
