- Households that use more than 50 units of electricity per month but not more than 315 baht will receive an electricity bill subsidy in the amount not exceeding 315 baht per household per month.

Discount on water bills of 100 baht per household per month.
- Sign up for free tap water rights from 15 March 2023 onwards and must be a tap water user under the following conditions.
- If tap water use exceeds 100 baht but does not exceed 315 baht, you will receive a subsidy of 100 baht, with the excess paid by yourself.
- If water usage exceeds 315 baht, the government welfare card holder must pay the entire water bill themselves.
