“Baria”

Joe Biden, the Kremlin’s master, has imposed restrictions on the export of technology products to Russia, becoming a “pariah in the international arena”. Leaders of 27 EU countries have simultaneously imposed “massive” sanctions on Russia in the energy, finance and transport sectors, but without removing it from the Swift banking network, making it possible to receive or disburse money globally. Moscow, for its part, promised a “tough” response to these actions.
