5. Police Lt. Col. Sakhulsingh Somboon Thanarak Deputy Superintendent Investigation and Investigation Wing 1, Investigation Wing 2, Office of Superintendent of Police, is a Committee Member and Secretary.
6. Like. Lt. Col. Worabon Thibsothan, Inspector, Investigation and Inspection Division 1, Inspection Division 2, Office of the Inspector General of Police, Assistant Secretary.
In this regard, let the Committee examine the facts. Conduct Fact Check Investigate the facts of the matter as per the letter. Royal Thai Police Office 0013151/1637 dated 21 April 2022 regarding guidelines and procedures for investigation of facts. Complaints against police officers in the case of Government servants and employees under the Royal Thai Police shall be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order of the Chairman of the Board. Present the results of the factual investigation with comments for further consideration and deployment.
Also, if the fact-finding committee finds that there is evidence in that case that the accused has committed an offense in another matter. A further fact-finding panel shall first consider and find that a police officer is involved in cases other than those specified in this order or where the fact-finding involves other police officers. or engaged in proceedings in the matter under investigation.
