“Eroyo” Smart Doll Nanny While Driving – Urban Creature

When parents have to drive together with a young child, whether it is near or far, often you may feel worried about your child in the back seat. Feeling anxious and having to keep searching all the time. It may even lead to accidents on the road.

To reduce the rate of road accidents with young children in the car, Nissan, a car brand familiar to Thai people, has partnered with Akachan Honpo, a Japanese retailer of children's products. Advertising agency TBWA HAKUHODO designed “Iruyo,” a smart doll that will accompany young children while their parents drive.

One Iruyo set will contain two super cute fluffy dolls, with the larger doll acting as a babysitter. A small one acts as a link between parents driving the car and their children in the back seat through voice commands. Whether it's having the Giant Erroyo sing, wave, or play peekaboo, get your child's attention so they don't get bored or cry during the ride.

Iruyo also has facial recognition technology to track the condition of children. When it detects that your baby is sleepy, the big Iruyo doll will send a signal to the little Iruyo to close his eyes. This is to let the parents know that it is nap time for them.

A survey found that more than 90 percent of children were interested in Iruyo, and half of them reported an improved mood when interacting with him. Make your parents trust you and drive safely. There is no need to turn around and look at your child while driving.
