This year 2024 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of the world famous martial arts writer Jim Young.

In Hong Kong, commemorative activities were held. “Martial Arts Master in the World of Martial Arts” From March to July, there will be exhibitions in two sections. The first part is the theme of the exhibition. “The Great Tactician. Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Kim Jong's Birth. The Great Rally of the World” (侠之大者-金庸百年诞辰纪念·江湖盛汇) This part of the exhibition runs from 15 March to 2 July 2024 at Edinburgh Place, Hong Kong.

In this exhibition it is designed in the form of a tent “The hero shoots the eagle” (Jade Dragon Sword) which features 10 main characters in the Jade Dragon novel. Siao Ling Nueng, Yi Kuai, Meek Ju Si Tai, Jiu Bai Tong, Oh Hui, Uang Nguan Ang Liak, Lama Chakthong, Genghis Khan, Guo Jing.

The second part of the exhibition topic “Great martial artist.Commemoration of the centenary of Kim Jong-un's birth. “.Display of Rienzi's Jade Dragon Statue.”(侠之大者-金庸百年诞辰纪念·任哲雕塑展  This part of the exhibition will be on view from 17 March to 10 July 2024 at the Hong Kong Museum.
