China's public prosecutor approves the trial of 3 young men in connection with the premeditated murder of a middle school student.

Shijiazhuang, April 8, 2019 (Xinhua) A statement was issued on Monday (April 8) by the People's Prosecutor's Office of North China's Hebei Province. China's Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office has reportedly reviewed and approved the prosecution of three young suspects in the murder of a middle school student in Hebin.

Mathayum 1 student surnamed Wang from Feixiang District, Handan City, Hebei Province, was killed on March 10. The three suspects were arrested on March 11 by the Public Prosecutor's Office. She takes this case very seriously and has been involved in the investigation from an early stage.

The Fexiang District Public Security Bureau applied to the Public Prosecutor's Office for permission to prosecute on March 21, after examining the case. It was found that the suspects, surnamed Zhang, surnamed Li and surnamed Ma, who were between 12 and 14 years old at the time of the crime, deliberately killed Wang until he died.

The heinous nature of their crimes makes all three worthy of criminal prosecution. The Hebei Prosecutor's Office then informed the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office requesting approval to prosecute these suspects.

The Public Prosecutor's Office will prosecute various cases. Strictly follow the law and effectively perform legal supervision duties and will increase efforts to prevent and manage youth delinquency problems.
