Realme is all set to launch mid-range smartphones with premium camera capabilities, the Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ on July 30, 2024 in India. It was previously revealed that both the smartphones will come with a 5,200mAh battery, support 80W fast charging, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 chipset, the exact model is not known yet.
Realme recently revealed that the Realme 13 Pro+ will be equipped with Sony's new LYT-701 image sensor, the world's first. This helps in better light collection and the new LYT-600 image sensor from Sony is installed in the world's first periscope zoom camera. This enables 3x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom.
The Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ also use an image processing system called Hyperimage+ that comes with AI Ultra Clarity, which helps in making images clearer. Including several other AI features such as smart removal, group photo enhancement, audio zoom, etc.
As for the color of the device, Realme claims that it is inspired by the watercolor paintings of the famous French painter Monet, which makes the Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ come in two colors: Monet Gold and Emerald Green, which looks like the pastel colors of Monet's famous watercolor paintings.
The Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ also get Corning Gorilla Glass 7i display protection.
