Microsoft has finally fixed its methods for bypassing Windows 11 installations on devices that don’t meet the minimum specifications required. (But I still don’t know if this was a real intention or a bug.)
The changes started with Windows Insider build 27686. There are some minor changes in this build that are not mentioned in the official documentation, user XTheBobPony discovered that using the command “setup.exe /product server” It is not possible to install Windows 11 by upgrading from genuine Windows on a device that does not meet Microsoft's minimum specifications.
Contact Microsoft to understand the intent of this change. Windows 24H2, which is about to be released, is still possible. (Which BT has tested and is still possible) But Microsoft has yet to respond with the latest Canary channel build (27686) (leading to Windows 11 25H2 in the future) that removes this.

Including fresh install using Rufus and Ventoy to install Windows with built-in Bypass option, is it still possible to use it normally? If there is information or we have tried it we will report back.
The Canary Channel represents the public development release of Windows. So, this might just be a bug that Microsoft didn’t remove on purpose, moreover, it turns out that the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC build has already been released. The minimum spec requirements that must be a specific CPU and have TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot have been removed and are clearly mentioned on Microsoft’s website.

(At the moment, an insider is still able toDownload ISO (Testable) There is no minimum specification requirement for the CPU as stated and there is also TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot, which uses the command installation method. “setup.exe /product server” In Windows 11, this is the same method as Windows Server because it comes from the same base.
