Three years after the lawsuit against him was dropped in the United States, Kevin Spacey was again charged in the UK with assaulting four people while he was the art director of the London Theater from 2005 to 2013.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CBS) has issued a press release to prosecute the British.
“The CPS has acknowledged criminal charges against Kevin Spacey, 62, in four counts of sexually assaulting three men,” said Rosemary Einsley, head of the CPS’s special crime unit.
“He was charged with engaging in intrusive sexual activity without the consent of a person,” he continued, insisting that “these allegations follow a review of the evidence collected by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation.”
The events in question took place between March 2005 and April 2013.
Two of these allegations are related to an incident that took place in March 2005 against the same complainant, and the other is related to events that took place in August 2008, i.e. another person engaged in sexual activity without consent.
