One of the fishermen was injured by the boat’s propeller and lost a lot of blood. The ship’s medical staff examined the fisherman’s wound and transferred him aboard the ship to receive further treatment. By cleaning the wound, stopping the bleeding and dressing the wound, Chinese warships also provide food and medical supplies. Including drinking water, disinfectants and painkillers were also distributed to fishermen. The fishermen were then sent to the Philippines.
