Homeowner Robert Mansfield says he saw an “angel” on his Ring doorbell camera — but not everyone was convinced.

The father-of-three, 33, was dumbfounded when he saw security footage showing his partner, Stephanie Scott, 31, and their 7-year-old son, Oscar, arriving at their home in Leicestershire, England, last month with an escort. mysterious glow.

Rather than being spooked at the thought of a supernatural being hovering outside their home, Mansfield is convinced it was a sign from his late father, Mick Mansfield, who died decades ago.

“We’ve had a hard time lately, so seeing something like that makes you think somebody’s watching out for you,” Mansfield told Kennedy News.

He continued, “We always say that my dad is my kids’ guardian angel, so seeing something like this is heartwarming.”

While some naysayers are convinced this is a reversal of son Oscar’s jacket, the father insists he “did research” other times when his son wore the coat on camera. He says that the same white apparition does not appear.

“I’ve never experienced anything like this before, it was amazing and gave us relief,” Mansfield said.

He shared the video to Facebook with the caption, “Can’t believe me and Steve caught a flying angel on our doorbell. You can see the wings, a lot. If you look carefully you see the lights come on and then when the lights are gone they get dimmer.”

However, some skeptics quickly took to the comments section trying to pour cold water on any supernatural claims.

However, others believed that the apparition was indeed an angel.

“Certainly not a reflection as it appears the wings of an angel are flapping,” wrote one stunned believer.
