The 2024/25 Premier League season kicks off with the first fixtures of the season. The big game of the opening week is former champions Manchester City's visit to Chelsea, while Manchester United's first game is tonight.
Opening match: Manchester United will play their first match on Friday 16 August, when Old Trafford opens to welcome Fulham, while Ipswich, a new team that has been absent from the Premier League for 22 years, will play at home against Liverpool in the first match on Saturday at 6:30pm.
While the big game will take place in the first week, as former champions Manchester City visit Chelsea on Sunday, August 18 at 10:30pm.
