Galaxy clusters consist of thousands of galaxies bound together by gravity. Astronomers consider galaxy clusters to be excellent laboratories for studying galaxy evolution and cosmology. One galaxy cluster that has caught attention is Abell 2744, which has been called the “galactic cluster.” The Pandora galaxy cluster was discovered using the Magellan Telescope in Chile.
The Pandora cluster, which is about 4 billion light-years away from Earth, is a giant cluster whose mass is estimated at about 4 trillion times greater than the mass of the sun. It appears to be the result of the merger of smaller galaxy clusters. There are more than 4 clusters, which were formed over a period of 350 million years. Notes Previous articleThe Pandora galaxy cluster reveals the most complex merger phenomenon ever discovered.
But a new study found that the Pandora galaxy group has a total mass of about 2.56 trillion times the mass of the Sun. It is one of the largest galaxy clusters ever discovered. This galactic group is not resting or relaxing. But it undergoes a complex integration process.
