Hironobu Sakaguchi has no plans to make “Final Fantasy” games again.

Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of the 'Final Fantasy' series, is known to have left Square Enix over 20 years ago and went out to open Mistwalker and has created a lot of works. Most of them are RPGs that he is good at and have many similarities to 'Final Fantasy'.

After such a long time, it is believed that there are fans of the game who want to reunite and make a “Final Fantasy” with Square Enix at least once, however, part of Sakaguchi's interview with major media outlet Bloomberg has extinguished the dreams of gaming fans. Because he has no interest in returning to make the “Final Fantasy” series again.

The reason he doesn't want to return to the “Final Fantasy” series is that Sakaguchi is happier as a player now. At the moment, he still loves playing the online part of “Final Fantasy 14” and if he returned to create the “Final” series again, he believes that he definitely wouldn't have time to go back and play Part 14.

Aside from the “Final Fantasy” series, which he has no interest in remaking, in the Bloomberg interview, Sakaguchi said he has no interest in remastering or porting past XBox RPGs like “Lost Odyssey” and “Blue Dragon.” If you’re playing a Sakaguchi-based game, you’ll have to wait until the console version of “Fantasian” is released soon.
