News of 6ix9ine’s recent assault in a South Florida gymnasium has Jim Jones in a dancing mood.
TMZ He recently met up with Capo in New York City and asked him about the Tekashi beatdown that took over the internet last week. Jones immediately started smiling and started walking around. When pressed for an answer, rapper Dipset launched into Milly Rock.
“You have to be strong here, I hear. You have to move tactically here,” Jim Jones finally offered.
“I don’t know,” he added. “Maybe it was the wrong kind of gym. Because I work out every day.”
Finally being serious, the Harlem, NY native said of 6ix9ine’s attitude, “I’m a grown man. I don’t spend my time doing any of that, dig. I don’t care about any of that. It’s true there’s no merit in my life. That’s been shown.” The whole thing is for TV, TV and everyone has their own ideas about what… I don’t give a f***.”
6ix9ine is recovering after being hospitalized from the March 21 attack at LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida, which left the rapper bruised and bloody. Three men are captured in viral video of Tekashi punching and kicking as the insecure rapper crouches on the floor.
Jim Jones and 6ix9ine have quite a bit of history. Jim branded 6ix9ine a rat in 2019, after news broke that Tekashi intended to testify against his former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates. During Tekashi’s testimony, Jim names Jones as a member of the gang and describes him as a retired rapper. During the gang case, the prosecution played an alleged audio of Jim Jones saying that the group needed to “violate” Tekashi.
