Jimmy Fallon has admitted guilt to his staff after a report highlighted the “very depressing atmosphere” at the hotel. Tonight show Over the years.
Deadline understands that Fallon spoke to employees this afternoon after Rolling Stone published an article calling the NBC show a “toxic workplace.”

The article described Fallon as “eccentric” at work and noted that he was “drunk” and hungover during work hours, with seven former employees saying their mental health was affected by working on The Tonight Show.

It is understood Miller sent an email to staff earlier today. He said he was “lucky” and “proud” to work with these employees. “I don’t think what is written reflects the general culture of our exceptional team,” he wrote. “The place described in the article is not the place I know. It does not reflect the positive and inclusive environment I believe we have created together.”
NBC also responded in a statement earlier today. “We are incredibly proud Tonight showA spokesperson for the network said in a statement that providing a respectful work environment is a top priority. “As in any workplace, we have had employees raise issues; These have been investigated and necessary action has been taken where appropriate. As always, we encourage employees who feel they have witnessed or observed behavior that does not comply with our policies to report their concerns so we can address them accordingly.
