Khloe Kardashian opened up about how “chubby” she looked when she was younger on the penultimate episode of Kardashian.
Khloe, 39, lost nearly 60 pounds after giving birth to her daughter True in 2018, with this week’s episode showing Khloe mirroring her former look.
Khloe — who showed off a glamorous look in a new TikTok video — admitted she probably wouldn’t have gotten a nose job if she hadn’t heard her mom, Kris Jenner, talk about her nose when she was younger.
The episode begins with Kylie Jenner heading over to Kourtney Kardashian’s house to do her makeup, as they begin to have a flashback to their childhood.
Chloe admits that she had the most confidence as a child, adding that she was “chubby and in a dress so tight you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities.”
In his confession, Khloe adds, “I was torn the moment I was on TV. I didn’t look like my sisters, so it’s not good enough.
“And then when I started, whatever, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I have a nose job, and there are still people constantly bullying you,” she continued.
“It’s like, ‘Which one is it?'” Didn’t you love me then? You don’t love me… like me… you have to do things for yourself, she insisted.

Back at Kourtney’s house, Kourtney says, “Also, look back, you weren’t fat,” but Chloe insists, “Well, I was, but it’s okay.”
Khloe pulls up an old photo of herself and says, “It looks like I’m wearing a fat bodysuit,” Khloe adds in her confession, “We still grow in front of the camera, for better or worse, no matter how old we are.”
We are still growing and developing, and I think it’s not fair that we put so much pressure on people. I think we’re all just trying to do the best we can.”
Khloe tells her sisters, “Who knows if I hadn’t heard my mom talk about my nose, if I thought I needed a rhinoplasty,” Kourtney admits, “Well, I definitely heard her talk about her nose.”
Younger sister Kylie then goes on to talk about how her sister teased her about her ears, as she adds, “You don’t realize, how come you always talked about my ears,” though Chloe insists, “But I talked about your ears because I loved them.”
Kylie admits, “But I didn’t think so… I didn’t take it that way. I took it like everyone’s mocking my ear, calling me Dopey,” as Kourtney asks if she ever called her.
“Everyone did,” Kylie says, as she goes to pull Kourtney’s ears and says “Oh you stupid little one,” as Kourtney realizes it all happened, “like a little kid.”
‘Yes. This f*** got me up. I never thought about my ears, and then, for five years, I never wore an updo, and then I had Stormi and she had my ears, and it made me realize how much I love them, because I’m like, ‘Wow, if I’m insecure about my ears and I like to think my daughter is the prettiest thing ever, and I now like to wear an updo on every rug,’ Kylie says.
Courtney adds in his confession, “We live in a world obsessed with perfection. I think my mom always you know would make us dress alike and get really polished and styled and I think I get really real with my kids about giving them the freedom to express themselves and not putting so much pressure on being perfect.”
In the room, Khloe adds, “As if I certainly don’t want our kids to suffer insecurities, but I do the best I can at home.”
Courtney adds, “I think messaging is like you’re good enough just as you are, you know, and you like having your identity.”
