Lana Del Rey gave her fans a big surprise Thursday when she was spotted working as a waitress at a Waffle House in Alabama.
The 38-year-old singer walked away from the catwalk as she was seen pouring coffee and taking orders at the restaurant chain.
Lana was wearing a blue company uniform and a yellow name badge as she kept busy behind the counter and it looked like waiting tables.
She was also seen chatting with some very surprised customers, before taking cute pictures with the excited fans at the restaurant.
It’s unknown why Lana worked at the venue, but fans were quick to take to social media to share their shock at her appearance.

Other fans have speculated that she may have been filming a music video, while some wondered if she was so talented with the uniform she was lending a hand.
Excited customer Karina Cisneros told Juarez how thrilled she was to meet the musician at the restaurant, describing their encounter as “crazy”.
“I’ve been a huge fan of Lana Del Rey for over a decade, so meeting her today was really crazy,” they wrote on Facebook.
MailOnline has contacted Lana’s reps for comment.
Despite being a hugely successful global superstar with nine studio albums, Lana still remains out of the limelight in her daily life and has no social media presence.
In the past, she has also told how she likes to pursue other job opportunities in addition to music, describing her as “flexible” in her career.

Del Rey, 38, is one of the most successful female singers of the past 10 years, with five number-one Australian albums to her name. Earlier this month, she sold out a headline show in London’s Hyde Park to 65,000 fans, and her net worth is estimated at over $40 million.
But she also keeps a low profile outside of her concerts and music releases, and in the past has expressed interest in pursuing career opportunities outside of music.
In 2021, she said diverse: “Sometimes it took me too far away from music and into other media and other job opportunities that had nothing to do with the arts at all.
“I am very flexible and what I have understood is that if you follow what you are interested in, you will end up being the most creative in the field.”
She added, “Even if you get a 9-5 after you’ve got your contract award, you need to do what feels right.”
Lana’s most recent appearance was considerably more low-key than her recent Glastonbury gig, which saw her looking quite glamorous when she took to the stage.
The anticipated gig created controversy after arriving on stage 30 minutes late due to her hair being styled, after which her microphone was turned off.
She kept fans at the Park Stage waiting for half an hour after her scheduled start time, then bizarrely blamed the fact that she was getting her hair done for being late — her stylist showed up on stage to finish grooming her tresses while she sang.
The star’s set was due to end at 11.45pm, but she was still going on after more than 15 minutes and due to the site’s curfew, her microphone was cut off mid-performance as she sang White Mustang.

Lana appeared at BST Hyde Park in London earlier this month, then addressed the incident, saying, “Sorry about that.”
Lana highlighted the situation last month as she performed in the British capital this weekend despite some of her fans crying in frustration at Glastonbury.
When she performed her song Diet Mountain Dew on Sunday, she joked, “I think that’s where I cut off last. Sorry about that.”
Referring to the situation again before her hit video game performance, she said, “It’s worth it if the power goes out.”
