LinkedIn is adding an AI tool to craft cover letters and suggest resume writing to help find jobs easier

LinkedIn is adding a new tool, Genetic AI, to help make resumes more concise, helping you find the job you want instead of using traditional filters.

Previously, when we went to a website to search for a job, we had to fill out the job title or enter filters for the job we wanted, but LinkedIn has added a new feature. A conversational job search allows us to instantly type in the details of the job we want. Without having to choose traditional filters, like digital marketing business in San Fran. With a salary of more than $100,000, AI will instantly find the job we want.

In addition, all career pages will use artificial intelligence to help evaluate applicants' qualifications to see if they are a good fit for the job. Including adding comments to a resume and helping to draft a cover letter that can be reviewed so applicants have a better chance of getting the job.

Not all of these new features are free, but the conversational cover letter and job search features are only available to premium subscribers.

The new page will be viewable by all users. Including tools Resume help It is open for free use. Users can upload their resume via the web, and then generative AI will help draft a draft to identify the important parts.
