Until last March 2, this former actor asked to borrow 2 million baht, claiming that it would be used to invest in the luggage business. With a large sum of money, a loan contract was therefore concluded. With an interest of 15 percent annually, the payment is scheduled to be made on March 31, but when the time came, the former actor brought a check for 2 million baht, but when he took the check to the bank, he was unable to withdraw the money. So, he made inquiries to the aforementioned former actor but was always evaded until a couple of months ago and was unable to contact him.
So I decided to enter. A former representative was reported to the investigating officers at Thonglor Metropolitan Police Station on charges under the Offenses Arising from the Use of Checks Act 1991. On 4 June, the investigating officer issued summons to both of them, but they did not appear on the scheduled date. A second recall will be issued on June 20.
