The English BBC news agency reported that Ian Maatsen, the Chelsea full-back, has accepted an offer to move to Borussia Dortmund in the German League on a loan contract until the end of the current season on January 9, with the aforementioned loan contract not valid, with the purchase option included as well.
Previously on the trading market last summer. Chelsea accepted an offer to buy Matsen from Burnley for 31.5 million pounds (1,417.5 million baht) after playing on loan. He played a role in helping the team win the league championship, but the 21-year-old does not want to leave.
