Microsoft will no longer update Paint 3D and plans to pull the app from the Microsoft Store on November 4, ending the app (from the Microsoft Store) forever.
Paint 3D was first introduced in 2017 in Windows 10 Creators Update. Paint 3D's appearance was designed to be more modern than Paint, the app we've known since childhood. However, Paint 3D wasn't very popular with most users. Microsoft no longer includes Paint 3D in new Windows installers. It's available in the Microsoft Store instead.
By user X account phantomofearth posted an image revealing a red banner on Paint 3D indicating that Paint 3D will be removed from the Microsoft Store and will not be updated after November 4. But now it appears that this banner will not appear on the app XDA Developers believes that more people will get this banner.
Microsoft originally intended Paint 3D to be a replacement for Paint, but over the years Microsoft added more and more new features to Paint and allowed Paint 3D to die a quiet death.
However, the Paint 3D program already installed on the device will continue to work as before. Despite the passage of November 4
