The date of the NFL roster cuts is fast approaching with the 2022 regular season fast approaching. The Philadelphia Eagles — along with 31 other teams — they have until 4:00 PM ET on Tuesday, August 30 to reduce their squad to 53 players.
Stay tuned to this thread for the latest on Eagles sale, trades, news, rumors, and more. The Eagles may not confirm their moves on their roster until Tuesday afternoon, but some of their cuts will slowly seep through media reports before then. Hence the purpose of this tracker!
Tuesday, August 30, 4:00 p.m. ET: The list must be less than 53 players.
Wednesday, August 31, 12:00 noon ET: NFL waiver claims will be disclosed after this point. Training teams of 16 players can be started.
Wednesday, August 31 at 4:00 p.m. ET: Players may be placed in injured reserve while they are eligible to return to the roster after at least four weeks of being lost.

[12:12 PM ET] – The Eagles are reported to have given up on Carson Strong. It looks like they were hoping for a bullish QB after giving him a lot of guaranteed money (by UDFA standards) but he really disappointed him this summer.
