At the end of the final round (April 19, 2024), “Pro Tang” Subravee Badam added another 2-under 69, a 2-under-par 134, and clinched the championship. It was the 35-year-old professional's second championship after winning the championship in Indonesia 10 years ago, which earned him a prize money of 100,000 baht. Mr. Satith Satithsamran, representative of Hiransirisompat Sangam President and Tournament Director, awarded and felicitated the champions of the event.
Subravee Badam expressed his feelings after winning the championship. “Today I won, I feel very good, I feel very happy. Because me and my backyard team have worked very hard to get to this point. After 2 surgeries on my shoulder, it was difficult to explain by our backyard team. My family to get to this point. They have worked hard,” he said.
“The image of today's game playing with a pro-friendly beat is considered a relief to a certain extent. But no one gave up and everyone in the group fought. We played well but I was a bit lucky and I hit the 13th hole for eagle which gave me an advantage. But just before the finish, I stumbled during a strong wind and made 2 bogeys before the finish.
