The cause of this incident, with conditions for the continued operation of the vehicle, is from the initial report, which stated that a foreign object was found in the rail inspection vehicle, which may have been caused by a crane that went to clear the area. Then polish the side wheel area to restore the road surface. As a result, the entire power supply rail line was cut off. No injuries were reported in the incident.
