TASCO's 2023 revenue exceeds 30 billion, profit reaches 2.3 billion baht, and pays a dividend of 1 baht.

Mr. Shewat Sriwanawat president TEPCO Asphalt General Company Limited or Tasco Business operators that produce and distribute asphalt products for use in road construction and maintenance disclosed the company's operating results for 2023. The company's total revenue is 31,106 million baht and net profit is 2,306 million baht.

In 2023, the company's asphalt sales were about 1.12 million tons, down about 4.9 percent from the previous year, but still in line with the target. Supporting factors include the procurement of raw materials for the refinery's three vessels and the import of high levels of asphalt supplies from other sources.

By the way, asphalt sales amounting to 1.12 million tons were divided into sales to the Thai market of about 469 thousand tons, a decrease of 10.8 percent compared to last year due to the delay in disbursing the 2024 budget from the government sector and sales to foreign countries. International sales in the country reached 655 thousand tons, similar to international sales last year, and Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia continued to be markets with high sales. It follows an effective market-selective sales strategy.

For construction work in 2023, there will be a total income of 3.501 million baht, a slight increase of 4.6 percent over the previous year. This is due to higher revenue recognition from construction and maintenance contracts. Especially from the third runway construction project at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. And a project to improve soil quality in the apron adjacent to taxiway 2, Suvarnabhumi Airport (SAT-2).

This is a strong operating result. Low debt-to-equity ratio and high liquidity Board meeting and a decision was made to present it to the shareholders meeting.
