On August 18, 2024, the Center for National Development Administration (NIDA) Polling Center released the results of a public survey conducted between August 13-15, 2024 on the topic of “Likelihood for the Next Election” among citizens aged 18 years and above, distributed in all regions across the country. Educational levels, occupations and incomes, totaling 1,310 sample units. The survey was conducted on the basis of probability sampling from the master sample database of “NIDA Poll” using multi-stage sampling. The confidence value was set at 97.0 percent.

- 27.40 percent said it is very likely.
- 27.25 percent said it is possible.
- 22.52 percent said it is not possible.
- 21.15 percent said it is not possible.
- 1.68% said they did not respond/not interested.
Regarding questions aboutA political party likely to win first place, but not win a major victory may be forced to join an opposing party. He found that
- 38.17 percent said it is somewhat possible.
- 29.77 percent said it is very possible.
- 18.78 percent said it is not possible.
- 12.21 percent said it was not possible.
- 1.07% said they did not respond/not interested.
Finally, when asked aboutA chance for political parties to form alliances and make way for each other in some constituencies. He found that
- 34.81 percent said it is somewhat possible.
- 27.02 percent said it is very possible.
- 18.24 percent said it is not possible.
