Unfortunately, it’s not just a revelation: a septuagenarian died of fright in Seine-et-Marne on Saturday. He died after stone pelting at his house.
On Saturday evening in Pommeuse, a 77-year-old woman called the police “The Parisian”. He explained to the police that one or more persons had thrown projectiles at his house. A large stone broke a pane of glass, crossed the room, and ended its course by shattering a mirror.
Police rushed to the spot around 10 pm and found the resident of the house dead.
“Emotional Shock”
An autopsy was performed on Monday, and the medical examiner said the deceased’s heart “gave up following emotional shock”. “This woman is scared to death in the literal sense of the word,” Meaux’s public prosecutor Jean-Baptiste Blatier commented on Tuesday.
An investigation was opened for “battery causing death by involuntary manslaughter”. But no suspects have been identified so far.
“This news saddens me and saddens us all. We never attacked a woman like that,” Pommeuse mayor Christophe de Klerk replied. It should also be explained that the deceased had two children and they were warned.
