Russian Hackers Release Internal SECO Document
The letter contains classified information about a possible circular exchange with piranha tanks made in Switzerland in favor of Ukraine.

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs’ (SECO) seven-page document discussing the topic of “exports of munitions related to Ukraine” dictates the language to be used by the company’s staff, but also by diplomatic staff. Abroad. This is why the most important points are also written in English. In one place it is classified as “Oral/Informal” and in one paragraph as “Confidential”.
But if the SECO document is now accessible on the Internet, it’s because of a group of Russian pirates known as the “Joker DPR.” On the night of August 8-9, the hackers uploaded the Swiss document to their Telegram channel. According to a brief statement by the “Joker DPR” publication, it shows “a search for the possibility of supplying Swiss arms to Ukraine while maintaining neutrality.”
