2. Visit of the Deputy Foreign Minister to Thailand. Iran policy (22–November 23. 2023)

  • A group of 41 Thais fled Lao Cai town before fighting broke out. The Myanmar authorities arranged for their safe arrival in Chiangtung. Currently, the Thai authorities are coordinating with the Myanmar side to send the aforementioned group of people to travel to Thailand through the Mae Sai-Tachileik checkpoint. .
  • Status of Thai people in Lao Cai city
    • The group, which was at a military camp in Myanmar, has now been transferred to a hospital under the care of Myanmar authorities, totaling 165 people.
